Learning Together for Life

Easter - 28th March

The weather might have been raining but this didn’t dampen the spirits of all the children, although the event had to be moved inside. The hall had several tables with cakes, a tombola and Hamper Raffle.

All entrances for the hat parade were asked to walk the cat walk wearing their hat. Congratulations to the lucky winners:- Class One – Sonny Catton &  Otto Wolney,  Class Two - Toni Harris & Alisha Froud. Each child who entered was awarded a certificate and the winners a sweet goody bag. Thank you to our judge Mrs. Sue Reid, who had the difficulty of choosing the winners from such wonderful designs.

For the Egg Hunt, each child had an egg (which they had previously decorated) hidden inside the school. Once found they exchanged it to a chocolate egg and several other goodies.

Winners of the Easter Hampers were Mrs. Zipfell, Mrs. Whittaker & Mrs. Robinson.

Thank you to everyone who took part, as a result £208.00 was raised towards equipment for the school playground.
